At my office, they have me using Vista Business. I'm not a big fan of Vista (if I wanted a Mac I would buy one...waitasec, I am buying one) but I did find a link to install WSS or MOSS on Vista:

This works for WSS, but I'm still working on how to install MOSS on a Vista Machine.
I'll keep everyone posted.
UPDATE: In order to install MOSS, you have to use the MOSS installer with Service Pack 1.
